Project Architect

​
We need you to have certain project experience, familiar with materials, processes, building codes, approval process; able to carry out, improve and deepen the design independently under the guidance of the partners, to complete the whole process of design tasks from the concept to the construction of the landing, and lead the assistant designers to promote the work, and the owner, construction, with the professional and other aspects of the communication, coordination of work.

  • Bachelor degree or above in Architecture, with more than 5 years of working experience;
  • Teamwork spirit and strong sense of responsibility, with a certain degree of stress resistance;
  • Sincere and realistic (simple and direct, reduce communication costs);
  • Proactive (proactive thinking, proactive problem solving, proactive solution seeking, proactive identification and communication and coordination of conflicts);
  • Strong execution (good at breaking down complex work into simple tasks, arranging work plans, and controlling time, taking the initiative to improve efficiency);
  • Able to accept travel and on-site supervision, willing to access and participate in all levels of design and research of projects, and interested in design at all scales (urban, architectural, interior, product) is preferred;
  • Proficient in Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe PS/AI/ID and other specialized software;
  • Proficiency in modeling and rendering software such as Enscape, D5, V-Ray, Maxwell is preferred;
  • Proficiency with BIM software (Revit or ArchiCAD) preferred;
  • Experience as a project leader is preferred;
  • Good English skills are preferred.

  • 建筑学专业本科或以上学历，5年以上工作经验；
  • 富有团队协作精神与强烈的责任心，有一定的抗压能力；
  • 真诚、实事求是（简单直接，减少沟通成本）；
  • 积极主动（主动思考，主动提出问题，主动寻求解决方案，主动发现并沟通协调矛盾）；
  • 执行力强（善于将复杂工作拆解成简单任务，安排工作计划，并控制时间，主动提高效率）；
  • 能够接受出差及驻场监造，愿意接触和参与项目的设计与研究的各个层面，对各个尺度的设计（城市、建筑、室内、产品）都感兴趣者优先；
  • 熟练使用 Rhino，AutoCAD， Adobe PS/AI/ID 等专业软件；

Assistant Architect​

  • Bachelor's degree or above in architecture-related design disciplines, internship or work experience is preferred;​ 
  • Rich in teamwork spirit and strong sense of responsibility; proactive, strong communication skills, strong execution, a certain degree of stress resistance, willing to contact and participate in all aspects of the design and research of the project;
  • Able to assist, improve and deepen the design smoothly, able to accept traveling and on-site supervision;
  • Strong hand modeling skills;
  • Proficient in Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, Adobe PS/AI/ID and other specialized software;
  • Proficiency in modeling and rendering software such as Enscape, D5, V-Ray, Maxwell is preferred;
  • Proficiency in professional software such as ​Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe PS/AI/ID​;
  • Proficiency in BIM software (Revit or ArchiCAD) is preferred;
  • Good English language skills are preferred.

助理建筑师

  • 熟练使用Enscape、D5、V-Ray、Maxwell等建模渲染软件者优先；

Assistant Interior Designer
  • Bachelor degree or above in Architecture or Interior Design related design majors, with at least 1 year working experience;
  • Rich in teamwork spirit and strong sense of responsibility, proactive, strong communication skills, strong execution, a certain degree of stress resistance, able to accept business trips or on-site supervision. 
  • Comprehension of the design intent, fully understand the main designers to deepen the design work, including modeling, node design, drawing deepening;
  • Cooperate with the project manager to complete the production of material list, material samples, report text, furniture design and other related documents;
  • Strong modeling and rendering skills;
  • Proficient in Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe PS/AI/ID and other professional software;
  • Good English skills are preferred.

助理室内设计师


  • 建筑学或室内设计相关设计专业本科或以上学历，1年以上工作经验；
  • 富有团队协作精神与强烈的责任心，积极主动，沟通能力强，执行力强，有一定的抗压能力，能够接受出差或驻场监造；
  • 领悟力强，充分理解设计意图，协助配合主案设计师做好相关深化设计工作，包括建模、节点设计、图纸深化等工作；
  • 配合项目负责人完成物料表、材料样板、汇报文本、家具设计等相关各项文件的制作；
  • 较强的建模与渲染能力；
  • 熟练使用 Rhino，AutoCAD， Adobe PS/AI/ID 等专业软件；
  • 英文能力佳者优先。



Media and Research Assistant
We need you to work closely with the leading architect to complete a series of media publicity, exhibitions, awards, social media account operation, etc., which includes not only the pre-open research related to the architectural discipline, but the later project-related summarization and collation of the work; but also to undertake part of the administrative management work related to the project - service proposals, design contracts, tenders, competitions and other commercial documents preparation and organization.

  • Graduated from a formal institution with bachelor degree or above in architecture, design, art, new media, anthropology, business administration or related majors; 
  • No age limit;
  • Good aesthetics and certain design ability, master Adobe ID/AI/PS and other graphic design software;
  • Good writing skills,  proficient in using Office software (Word/Excel/PPT) ;
  • Good communication and coordination skills, time management skills, meticulous, serious and responsible;
  • Good English language skills are preferred;
  • Relevant experience in new media, photography and short video editing is preferred.

    媒体与研究助理


    你的主线任务是密切配合主持建筑师完成一系列媒体宣传、展览、报奖、社交媒体账号运营等工作中，其中不仅包含了与建筑学科相关的前期开放式研究，也包含了后期与项目相关的归纳整理工作；同时也要承担和项目相关的部分行政管理工作——服务建议书、设计合同、投标、竞赛等商务的文件准备和整理。

    • 正规院校毕业，建筑、设计、艺术、新媒体、人类学、工商管理或相关专业本科及以上学历；
    • 年龄不限；
    • 具备良好的审美及一定的平面设计能力，掌握Adobe ID/AI/PS 等平面设计软件；
    • 具备良好的文字功底，熟练使用Office系列软件（Word/Excel/PPT）；
    • 具备良好的沟通协调能力、时间管理能力，细致、认真、负责；
    • 英文能力佳者优先；
    • 有相关有新媒体、摄影和短视频编辑经验者优先。



    Internship (Long-term)
    • Regular college or university, third-year undergraduate degree or above in architecture or related majors;
    • Teamwork spirit, strong learning ability, proactive, strong execution ability, and a certain degree of stress resistance;
    • Strong hand modeling skills;
    • Master Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, Adobe PS/AI/ID and other specialized software;
    • Proficient in modeling and rendering software such as Enscape, D5, VRay and Maxwell is preferred;
    • Good English language skills are preferred;
    • Internship period of three months or more.

    • 正规院校，建筑学或相关专业本科三年级及以上学历；
